• Tickets purchased under student pricing will be cancelled if the ID provided is invalid or does not correspond with the ticket holder's name.
• If you're booking multiple tickets as a group, please ensure that each name entered matches the valid ID proof uploaded for that individual. Each name and ID proof must be unique and cannot be repeated.
• Tickets once confirmed cannot be exchanged or refunded
• Unlawful resale/attempted unlawful resale of tickets would lead to seizure or cancellation of tickets without refund or other compensation
• Must carry your college ID – Needs to match the details you uploaded while booking
• Entry will only be allowed if your college ID and tickets are shown at the gate
• Seating is based on first come, first serve basis
• Arrive 30 minutes before showtime to avoid missing the start and for smooth entry
• No outside food or drinks allowed – Snacks will be available for purchase at the venue
• Strictly no smoking or alcohol consumption at the venue
• Kindly remain seated for the duration of the 1-hour show, as there are no breaks
